Our Commitment to Quality
Every Children's Portable Digital Microscope we ship is inspected before dispatch. We stand behind our product's quality with a 30-Day Quality Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty exists to protect you against manufacturing defects and shipping damage — not to serve as an open returns window for change-of-mind purchases.
What Is Covered
You are eligible to submit a warranty claim if, within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date, your item:
- Arrives visibly damaged due to transit
- Has a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use (e.g. screen not powering on, lens physically cracked upon arrival, buttons non-functional out of the box)
- Is materially different from what was described on our product page
Approved claims will be resolved with either a free replacement unit or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
What Is Not Covered
- Change-of-mind returns — if the product is working as described but you no longer want it, we are unable to accept a return
- Accidental damage — drops, water exposure, or damage caused after the item has been used
- Incorrect purchases — please review the product description carefully before ordering
- Items returned without prior written approval from our support team
- Claims submitted outside the 30-day warranty window
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The claim is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- The item is unused or minimally used and in its original packaging
- You provide a clear photo or short video that clearly shows the defect or damage
- The item has not been tampered with, disassembled, or repaired by a third party
To start a claim, email us at [your-support-email@domain.com] with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- At least one photo or video clearly showing the defect
Our team reviews all claims within 2 business days. If approved, we'll confirm your preferred resolution (replacement or refund) and provide next steps. We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving any claim.
Return Shipping
If a physical return is required (we will confirm this via email — many defect claims are resolved without one), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider.
